Inspired by the constant beauty of the island of Kauai, Laurie seeks to share the magnificence of God's creation through art. Laurie is studying under Evelyn Ritter, acclaimed oil artist from Illinois. Evelyn is known for her portrait, landscape and still life work. She studied with the prominent portrait painter, Wesley D. Berrier.
